Renewing your contract

Renewing your contract with plan is designed to be smooth and flexible, giving you the chance to reassess your needs and keep your business connected without interruption.

When can I renew my contract?

The timing of your renewal is managed by your Account Manager (the partner who arranged your original plan). They will confirm when your renewal window begins and guide you through the options available.

What if I decide not to renew?

You’ll receive a reminder around 30 days before your contract is due to end. At that point, you can choose whether to renew or cancel.

If you decide not to renew, you can request a cancellation at any time through go.plan.com. Please note that termination fees may apply. For more details, see our cancellations guide.

What can I change when renewing?

Renewals are an ideal opportunity to review your current services and adjust them to suit your needs. For example, you can:

  • Move to a different tariff that better fits your usage.
  • Upgrade or downgrade between Essential, Gold and Platinum packages.
  • Add or remove bolt-ons to give you more flexibility.

Will I receive a new phone?

In many cases, renewing your contract includes the option to receive a new handset, but this depends on the tariff you choose. Your Account Manager will discuss whether you’re eligible for a new phone as part of your renewal.

Benefits of renewing

Renewing your plan ensures:

  • The chance to upgrade to the latest technology if your plan includes a handset.
  • Flexibility to adjust your tariff to match your business’s changing needs.
