Switching providers and buyout confirmation
Changing providers can feel complicated, but at plan we make the process as smooth as possible.
Buyout agreements
If your plan contract includes a buyout agreement (where we help fund some or all of your previous provider’s contract):
- Your account manager (a plan partner or a member of our team if you bought directly) will manage the buyout.
- Send a copy of your old provider’s invoice to your account manager.
- Your buyout payment will usually be received within two billing cycles.
If there’s a problem
- Your account manager will handle any discrepancies and investigate fully.
- Feedback on our partner network helps us maintain high standards and improve the experience for all customers.
Choosing your partner and upgrading
Most customers begin their journey with plan through one of our sales partners.
- Choosing your partner: Partners help you select the right tariff, network and support your setup. If you’re not satisfied with your current partner, you can choose to work with another.
- Upgrading through partners: Partners have detailed product knowledge and experience. They can guide you to choose a package that suits your changing needs, without hassle.
