Managing your usage and invoices

The my.plan platform gives you real-time insight into how your account is being used. You can see calls, texts, and data across all lines, and access invoices and payment history whenever you need them.

Checking your usage

To view your current usage in my.plan:

  1. Log in to my.plan.
  2. Open the Usage dropdown from the top navigation menu.
  3. Select All to open the All Usage and Charges module.
  4. Choose the type of usage you want to see — calls, texts, or data.
  5. Click into a service for more detail.

You can view usage from the past 6 months using the filter. For older records, check your invoices.

Viewing invoices

To see or download your invoices:

  1. Log in to my.plan.
  2. Open the Usage dropdown from the top navigation menu.
  3. Select Invoice and Payment History.
  4. Browse invoices and payments in date order.
  5. Click Download for an itemised invoice with detailed usage.

Invoices are stored in my.plan for 12 months.
