Spend Controls and Data Boosts

Spend Controls

• Limit data use to your monthly allowance.
• Once the allowance is used, data access is blocked.
• Set up Spend Controls in my.plan > Controls > Spend Controls.

Data Boosts

• Buy extra data if you run out.
• Works alongside Spend Controls: usage stops only after both your allowance and your Data Boost have been used.
• Add Data Boosts in my.plan > Products.

Blocking data access

You can stop all data access, or block data only when roaming.

How to block data via Data Controls:

1. Log in to my.plan.
2. Go to Controls > Data, Calls & Texts > Data Controls.
3. Use the switches to turn features on or off for each user or device.

Online safety: Botnet and Malware Restrictions

Botnet Restriction

Blocks communication with harmful bot networks that could compromise your device.

Malware Restriction

Protects against threats from malicious software and keeps devices safe.

Both features are managed in my.plan > Data Controls.
