Updating your account details in my.plan

Update your Direct Debit details

If your bank details change, you can update your Direct Debit mandate in my.plan:

  1. Log in to my.plan.

  2. Open the Settings menu (burger icon in the top-right, or More on mobile).

  3. Go to My Account > Billing & Payments > Manage Direct Debit.

  4. Enter your new details and click Submit.


Manage authorised contacts

To add, remove, or amend authorised contacts:

  • Only an existing authorised contact can request changes.

  • Contact us at help@plan.com for assistance.


Update personal details

To edit personal details for yourself or another user:

  1. Log in to my.plan.

  2. Open the Settings menu.

  3. Select User Management.

  4. In the User list, click Edit next to the user.

  5. Update the details and click Save.


Change your billing email address

Only the Primary User can update billing contact details:

  1. Log in to my.plan.

  2. Open the Settings menu.

  3. Go to My Account > Company Contacts.

  4. Choose the billing contact from the dropdown next to Billing & Payments.

  5. To create or edit a contact, click Manage Contacts in the top-right.


Update your business name

If your trading name has changed:

  1. Log in to my.plan.

  2. Open the Settings menu.

  3. Go to My Account > Company Information.

  4. Update the Trading Name field and click Save.


Update your business details

To change your company address or details:

  1. Log in to my.plan.

  2. Open the Settings menu.

  3. Go to My Account > Company Information.

  4. Update the fields and click Save.

⚠️ If you’re updating your billing address, click Request next to the field. Supporting documentation may be required before the change takes effect.
