Reset my.plan password

As a plan customer, your my.plan account is at the heart of everything we do. It allows you to manage things like Billing, Data Controls, and a number of other essential account features.

If you forget your password for this vital system, you may need to perform a password reset operation to regain access to your account.

Follow these steps to reset your my.plan account password:

  1. Navigate to the my.plan portal. 
  2. Click the Forgotten Password? link beneath the credentials fields.
  3. Follow the prompts to complete the password reset operation.
