Switching over

Moving your services is quick and simple. In most cases, the transfer takes up to 24 hours, and you’ll experience little or no downtime.

On the day of your switch:

  1. When your old provider disconnects, insert your new SIM card.
  2. Restart your device.

If you’re connected via the O2 network

You may need to update your phone’s settings. Follow the step-by-step APN settings guide.

If you’re connected via the plan network

You’ll be issued a temporary number for the first 24–48 hours. Don’t worry – this is normal. During this time, outgoing calls or texts may show the temporary number. Your standard number will automatically activate within two days.

Navigating your account

Your online portal, my.plan, is the control centre for your services. Here, you can:

  • View and manage your usage
  • Check and pay bills
  • Purchase bolt-ons
  • Track devices across your account

If you haven’t set up your my.plan login yet, you should have received an email with instructions. Once registered, you’ll have everything you need at your fingertips.
