O2 users
If you’re a plan.com customer using the O2 network and you’re struggling to send an MMS from your device, the first thing to check are your data settings. Updating these to reflect the plan.com network data settings may fix your issue – it won’t take you long to check. Visit https://www.plan.com/apn-settings, select your device and follow the steps.
EE users
If you’re a plan.com customer on plan.com EE, MMS isn’t available. As they are an expensive message to send and there are free alternatives we suggest using one of these.
iPhone - we recommend using a free service such iMessage, WhatsApp or Facebook Messenger
Android - We recommend using Rich Communication Services (RCS), which is pre-installed or available to download for free via Google Play, WhatsApp or Facebook Messenger.
