To request a new SIM card you can contact the plan.com customer service team or your account manager who brought you to plan.com. Please be aware that a SIM swap must only be performed for one of the following reasons: If your handset has been lost or stolen, or if you have changed or upgraded your handset and now require a different sized SIM.
Once you have a new plan.com SIM card, you will need to activate it before you can use it. You can do this by logging into your my.plan account, https://my.plan.com/ and visit CONTROLS > MOBILE > DEVICE SETUP > SIM SWAP and enter the new SIM number for user required.
