Premium rate numbers are used by TV shows, quiz companies, chat providers and some websites. The charge for calling premium rate numbers is split into two - the access charge (set by O2) and the service charge (the actual unit rate, set by the organisation providing the service).
Calls to such numbers are not included in any inclusive minutes allowance, and there are no bolt-ons to bundle usage.
Charges appear in the Usage & Charges section of your my.plan account and are itemised on our invoices.

The good news is, blocking a user's ability to make calls to premium rate numbers is quick and easy with your my.plan account.
From the dashboard, go to:
CONTROLS > DATA, CALLS & TEXTS > INCOMING & OUTGOING CALLS > PREMIUM CALLS > [select user] > BLOCKED¹
