If you wish to cancel your fixed-line, broadband or VoIP contract, or terminate or transfer one of your fixed-line or VoIP connections, please follow these steps:
- Please email email@example.com from a contact who is authorised on your plan.com account.
- Please identify the services that you wish to terminate or transfer
- If you wish to retain any of your phone numbers, your new provider must issue a port out request
Please note that cancellations and transfers require a 30-day notice period.
