The new SIM you have been provided is a 'triple SIM' - 3 SIM cards in one that caters for all SIM sizes. Ensure you've carefully pushed out the correctly sized SIM card for your phone, from the card holder.
Contact your account managers, the business that sold our contract to you, if there's still a problem or if you need a replacement. They hold a stock of our SIM cards and will be able to send you a replacement, straight away.
