If you were an O2 customer before transferring to plan.com you can continue to use your O2 SIM card, so long as you have agreed, prior to connecting to our services. This will allow your account managers the ability to set the correct details on our systems.
If you require a replacement SIM card for any reason, it's a plan.com SIM you'll need.
If you contact your account managers, the business that sold our contract to you, they hold a stock of our SIM cards and will be able to send you a replacement, straight away.
