You may find a 3rd party, online service that can determine if your handset is unlocked or not.
If you've previously asked us to unlock your phone and you're an iPhone user, swap your existing SIM card with a non-O2 SIM and if there is service, this will confirm whether the handset is unlocked.
If you're an Android user and you've previously asked us to unlock your phone, we will have sent you a code to finalise the unlocking process. If you haven't used the code, the handset will not be unlocked.
