Very occasionally, issues arise and we are asked to facilitate the move from one sales partner business (account manager) to another.
The request is something we can consider after we have first tried to resolve whatever the issue is behind the request.
Whatever the issue, if you feel you have reached the point of no return with your account manager, please write to us via help@plan.com providing full details of the dispute and including any documentary evidence in your possession.
We will assess what is the best option for your account, but we cannot guarantee to be able to transfer your account's management to another sales partner.
