Unlike many of our domestic, inclusive tariffs, roaming usage is not unlimited.
Roaming is regarded as temporary activity, intended for those who reside in the UK, who occasionally travel outside the UK.
Activity in our Europe Zone countries decrements from your inclusive, domestic allowances. Rest of World roaming is not covered by any inclusive allowance(s).
We reserve the right to monitor roaming patterns and act accordingly where we suspect any user may be abusively using our roaming facility. If you spend more than two months abroad out of four months, for example, or you have consumed more data abroad than at home over this time, we may intervene.
PLEASE NOTE: From 1 December 2022, the €50 roaming data cap will not longer be applied to new or renewing services by default. This is due to changes in regulations following Brexit.
Please ensure that you are protected while roaming by adding a Spending Limit or Total Ofcom Spend Cap to your services.
