You can activate your new plan.com SIM card through your My.plan account log in.
To activate a replacement SIM card, go to:
CONTROLS > DEVICE > SIM SWAP > DEVICE CONTROLS: SIM SWAP > EDIT > [INSERT NEW SIM NUMBER]
