All our mobile tariffs come with unlimited calls and messages to numbers beginning 01, 02, 03, together with 07 numbers that are in the UK at the time of the call and the freephone numbers, 0800 and 0808. They do not include calls to non-Geographic numbers (other 08 numbers, the likes of some banks or information services) and premium rate lines. MMS are also not included as they are not text messages (SMS).
If you have called a number or accessed a service that falls outside these parameters, you will have been charged for doing so.
If you have exceeded your mobile data allowance for the month, you will have incurred additional charges for continued usage.
We display all agreed charges, added extras and 'out of bundle' usage on your monthly bill and you can view a fully itemised version of your bill online, by logging in to your my.plan account. Go to:

Ofcom Spending Cap
All customers who either joined plan.com on or after 1st October 2018, or renewed from that date, can set an Ofcom Spending Cap which allows for a spending limit to be set, that will trigger a service restriction once reached, no matter how reached.
For example, if a £10 limit is set and reached, whether the extra costs were incurred by data use alone or a combination of data, calls and texts use, the service will be restricted.
To set an ‘Ofcom’ Spending Limit, go to:
