If the remaining functions on your phone, calls, texts and data are unaffected, faults with embedded systems or 3rd party applications like an App or your email are most likely software related.
Try switching your phone off and on or removing and reapplying the faulty App. Make sure you perform a back up of your phone, first!
If the fixes you try fail to clear the fault, contact your account managers, the business that supplied the phone, for further guidance.
