You can increase your tariff's data allowance at any time. Increasing your tariff's data allowance is the most cost effective way of adding additional data.
We can increase your data allowance from the 1st day of the month following the date of the request and we require 48hrs notice to perform the change.
Any increase in data allowance through a tariff upgrade cannot be reversed until you reach the point where it is possible to renew your contract with us.
