Captive Pages are an incredible new way to keep you connected and in control of your costs.
All plan.com customers who have set Spending Controls* linked to usage, benefit from Captive Pages.
Captive Pages are webpages, triggered when a service is restricted after your usage or spending has reached the spending limit set in any pre-configured Spending Control.
The Captive Page provides two options:
- Increase the previous spending limit, to allow continued access to the new limit.
- Purchase a bolt-on, to restore service through reduced cost additional allowances.
There is no obligation to act on a Captive Page, but service will be restricted until allowances are refreshed at the beginning of the next calendar month.
No need to download an App. No need to play with settings. Captive Pages are available to all authorised plan.com users**
To configure Spending Control and usage notifications, go to:
CONTROLS > SPEND CONTROLS > DATA/CALLS/TEXTS/OFCOM SPEND CAP > [UK/EU or Roaming] > [select user] > SET UP/VIEW.
