Our Spending Controls¹ include an option to configure notifications at various milestones of allowance usage, to keep you fully in the picture.
In addition, you can notify not only yourself or your account users, but your account managers, too!
Here's how we'll notify:
- A Captive Page appearing on the user's phone screen.
- By email: Any enforced restrictions will be notified to the Account Holder. Spending Limit emails are sent to the Primary account contact and/or the Billing contact.
- By SMS: The end user is sent a text, which includes a link to a Captive Page.
- By push notification: Notifications can be sent via the my.plan app if the user has opted in and notifications are enabled.
