Making International Calls* without an International Calls Bolt-Ons applied, costs! If you find you are unable to make these calls, that's most likely due to the application of a pre-configured £0 Spending Cap or a specific Access Control restriction that may have been placed by your account administrator.
In rare cases, for your account's protection where we have detected high costs being incurred, unusually high usage or there is an unpaid balance on your account, we make take preventative action, but we will always notify you at the time.
Dependent on account permissions, you can configure Spending and Access Controls from the dashboard of your my.plan account.
Spending Controls
Go to: CONTROLS > SPEND CONTROLS > CALL LIMITS > [UK/EU or Roaming] > [select user] > VIEW/SET UP
Access Controls
Go to: CONTROLS > PREMIUM & ROAMING > PREMIUM CALLS > [select option(s)] > [select user] > ALLOWED/BLOCKED
To add a bolt-on to provide reduced cost International Calls usage, go to:
PRODUCTS > VOICE > INTERNATIONAL > [select user] > ADD > STANDARD/PLUS > APPLY
*Calls placed from the UK to a user in a foreign country
