You, the customer (the Primary Contact &/or Billing contact) is sent an email, with the same information and a link to the Captive Page
Your plan.com account manager is contacted either through our Partner Portal, via an SMS, an email or any combination.
You can manage who receives notification from your my.plan dashboard.
