Captive Pages are web pages that are sent to your phone automatically, once your mobile data, calls and/or texts have been restricted in response to a Spending Control configured on your service, being triggered to prevent additional charges being incurred.
A Captive Page is therefore not a feature that can be accessed manually.
Captive Pages will automatically appear on your device's screen or will be sent to you by way of a text message when we detect you are attempting to access an app or webpage.
Data access via a WiFi service is unaffected by the presence of a Captive Page.
