Upgrades cannot be reversed until your contract renews, and will only activate from the first day of the calendar month following the date of the request.
48hrs notice is required.
If you need extra, temporary data, add a Data Boost*.
From the dashboard of your my.plan account, go to:
PRODUCTS > DATA > DATA BOOSTS > BOLT ON/DATA BOOSTS > [select user] > ADD
