The mobile data allowance included with your tariff is shown on the e-Contract (Customer Agreement), a copy of which was included in the welcome email we sent on the day your account connected to plan.com. Search your email for 'plan.com' or 'portalmailer'.
Alternatively, we show each user's tariff allowances*, including data, online in your my.plan account's Service Summary cards.
From the dashboard, go to any service card, displayed down the left margin of the screen:
SERVICE CARD > USER NAME LABEL > USAGE & CHARGES SUMMARY
The data allowance allocated to the chosen user is shown under the DESCRIPTION header.
*Almost all plan.com tariffs come with unlimited standard calls, standard messages (SMS) and a specified allocation of mobile data per calendar month
