An International call is a call placed by a user in the UK¹, to a user outside the UK
International calls are chargeable but can be prevented² through the dashboard options of your my.plan account. We also offer two International calls and texts combined bolt-ons³, which provide reduced cost usage to those customers for whom International activity is a necessity.
To manage access to International calls, from the dashboard go to:
CONTROLS > DATA, CALLS & TEXTS > INCOMING & OUTGOING CALLS > CONTROLS/INTERNATIONAL CALLS > [select user] > ALLOWED/BLOCKED
To add an International bolt-on, go to:
PRODUCTS > VOICE > INTERNATIONAL > BOLT-ON/INTERNATIONAL > [select user] > ADD
