In consideration of the environment, we are a paperless company and prefer to deliver our bills electronically, but it is possible to obtain a paper copy of your bill. However, we have to charge a monthly, administration fee.
However, we provide the ability to download any invoice via my.plan, which can be subsequently printed.
From the dashboard of your my.plan account, go to:
MY ACCOUNT > BILLING & PAYMENTS > INVOICE & PAYMENT HISTORY . [select billing month] > DOWNLOAD.
