At the beginning of each calendar month, we will email you as soon as a new invoice is available to view or download in My.Plan.
The email is sent to the billing contact set in your my.plan account.
To view your itemised bill in my.plan, go to:
MY ACCOUNT > BILLING & PAYMENTS > INVOICE & PAYMENT HISTORY > DOWNLOAD
To configure your account's billing contact, go to:
MY ACCOUNT > COMPANY CONTACTS > BILLING & PAYMENTS CONTACT > SAVE
