We have to take account of variations in the calendar, such as weekends and public holidays.
Unlike a Direct Debit mandate, the date we publish or send your invoice to you cannot be bespoked to your requirements, but you can manage who we send the invoice and billing notifications to, from the dashboard of your my.plan account.
