There are several ways in which you can view your bill.
1. Through your my.plan online account. my.plan provides a fully interactive breakdown of historic billing, together with current, unbilled usage and charges.
From your my.plan dashboard, go to: USAGE & CHARGES > HISTORIC > [select billing month].
2. Through the my.plan App, available from the App Store or Google Play
3. We email a bill at the beginning of each calendar month, to the billing email we have on file. To configure the billing email contact, from the dashboard of your my.plan account, go to: MY ACCOUNT > COMPANY CONTACTS > BILLING & PAYMENTS CONTACT > [save changes]
