Unless expressly agreed with our Credit Control team, we insist on payment by Direct Debit, not only for convenience but also as the Scheme affords the best possible protection for you.
Having a valid Direct Debit arrangement in place at all times is a requirement of the Customer Agreement.
In the event of a Direct Debit being cancelled without prior agreement and a new Direct Debit not being set up in its place, we reserve the right to charge an admin fee.
Similarly, we draw payment each month on the date published on your monthly bill and if, unless otherwise agreed with us we are unable to successfully take payment, we again reserve the right to charge an administration fee.
