Through your my.plan account access, it's possible to securely notify us of a change of bank details.
From your dashboard, go to:
MY ACCOUNT > BILLING & PAYMENTS > MANAGE DIRECT DEBIT > SIGN DIRECT DEBIT [change details] > APPLY
We also offer a range of payment dates, once we have successfully taken your first bill payment by Direct Debit.
