Content and Access Controls

plan.com's Productivity Controls lets you manage the kind of content that can be accessed from various devices on your account.

Specific controls include:

1. Adult: Inappropriate, explicit content can be entirely blocked to ensure net safety and maintain professionalism.

2. Gambling: This is a useful control in maintaining business focus by restricting access to gambling platforms.

3. Mobile Data: Complete control over internet access helps you manage data costs and usage effectively.

4. Social Media: This control helps minimise unnecessary distractions by restricting access to social media sites.

5. Streaming: Barring access to streaming services can save significant data and keep workers focused.

In order to enable any or all of these Productivity Controls for a given line on your account, please follow these steps:

1. Login to your my.plan account.
2. Open the Controls dropdown from the top navigation menu.
3. Follow the path Data, Calls & Text > Data Controls.
4. Use the switches to activate or deactivate the desired Productivity Controls.

Spend Controls

However, for some services, you may not wish them to be visible on my.plan. To enable or disable Location Services please follow these steps:

1. Login to your my.plan account.
2. Open the Controls dropdown from the top navigation menu.
3. Follow the path Device Setup > Visible on Map
4. Select the user for whom you would like to manage Location Services in the left-side scroll menu and enable or disable Location Services using the switch under the Visible on Map modal.
