Here's a comprehensive guide to help you understand how Call Controls function, and how you can impose specific blocks on premium and international calls.

Outgoing Calls Restriction

As a customer, you can restrict the outgoing calls from your device. You can tailor this function to prevent specific kinds of numbers from being dialled, such as premium rate or international numbers.

Please note that this function can only restrict outgoing calls and has no control over incoming calls or texts sent from your device.

1. Login to your my.plan account.
2. Open the Controls dropdown from the top navigation menu.
3. Follow the path Data, Calls & Texts > Call Controls.
4. Use the switch underneath the Outgoing Calls & Data module to control whether this feature is enabled for a given user (selected from the left-side user menu). 

Incoming Calls Restriction

Our Incoming Calls Restriction function affords users the ability to limit the calls that come into their device. Much like outgoing limitations, the incoming call restrictions can be adjusted according to your personal or business needs.

Please remember, this feature only restricts incoming calls; it doesn't control the outgoing calls or text messages sent from your device.

4. Use the switch underneath the Incoming Calls module to control whether this feature is enabled for a given user (selected from the left-side user menu). 

Blocking Premium Rate Calls

Perhaps you’re concerned about your team members dialing premium rate numbers unintentionally. Our specific Premium Call Types block allows you to become in control over outgoing calls to specific categories of premium rate numbers. However, you should note that this block doesn't apply to all premium rate services.

1. Login to your my.plan account.
2. Open the Controls dropdown from the top navigation menu.
3. Follow the path Data, Calls & Texts > Call Controls.
4. Use the switch underneath the Premium Calls module to control whether this feature is enabled for a given user (selected from the left-side user menu). 

Blocking International Calls

Add an extra level of control with our services that enable you to block international calls from your device. These services are designed to help you prevent excessive charges on your account from inadvertent or unauthorized calls.

Please be aware that once these blocks have been activated, you won't be able to place outgoing calls to international numbers until the block is removed.
