Switching Providers and Buyout Confirmation

If your existing contract includes a Buyout and your Account Manager agrees to help fund some or all of the costs, this will be processed by your Account Manager (a plan.com partner or if you are direct with plan.com: part of our team), who is the person or organisation who sold you your subscription.

You will receive your buyout generally within two billing cycles. In case you notice any discrepancy, we urge you not to hesitate and report it straight to your Account manager or our Customer Support team at help@plan.com.

We take such matters seriously and promise a thorough investigation on claims to maintain transparency and trust with our customers. Sometimes, inconsistencies or concerns may also arise about our sales partners. In such cases, we encourage you to raise your complaint to our Customer Support after discussing the matter with you Account Manager first.
