Managing your plan.com account is a breeze, provided that you know what to do and how to do it. We've created the my.plan portal for exactly this reason. my.plan is a unique platform that allows plan.com customers to manage nearly every aspect of their accounts themselves. This creates efficiencies impossible for other operators and allows us to pass those savings on to you in the form of better service options, lower prices, greater insights and powerful controls.
This guide will talk you through various aspects associated with managing your account using my.plan – from deauthorising users and setting up usage notifications, to configuring permissions and amending details associated with any authorised access to your account.
Primary User
While all users can enjoy a certain degree of access, the Primary User maintains an elevated status with the most extensive range of permissions.
This user type can't be deleted or removed from the account by the usual means; if you need to replace your Primary User, please get in touch with plan.com Customer Support by email help@plan.com.
Changing Authorisation Details
If you wish to update who has authorised access to your account, you need to contact our customer service team at customerservices@plan.com. We take your information security very seriously and as such need to verify your identity and confirm your details before making any changes of this nature to ensure your account's security.
