At plan.com, we strive to make your communication needs a breeze by offering flexible options to suit your business's needs.
Accessing Your Contract
Your contract is managed by your Account Manager, which could be with one of our plan.com partners, or directly with plan.com. If you'd like to view your contract, contract summary or contract information alongside the details of your package and tariff with plan.com, you can use the my.plan platform to do so at any time:
- Login to your my.plan account.
- Open the Burger menu at the top-right of the page (three horizontal lines).
- Select My Account > Company Documents.
The Company Documents window lists all of the documents on your account. Your contract documents can be found in here. If you have a lot of documents, use the Contracts tab to filter your results.
Transferring Ownership of a Contract
Sometimes, for various reasons, you might want to transfer your contract to another person or party.
However, it's important to note that we can't simply change the name on an account or move a number from one account to another. We consider this to be effectively starting a new contract. To ensure everything runs smoothly, please reach out to our Customer Support team at help@plan.com, and they will guide you through the process.
Renewing Your Contract
To renew your contract, please reach out to your account manager. Your account manager is either the plan.com partner who looks after you, or if you are a direct customer with plan.com, just get in contact with us.
Rolling Your Contract
With plan.com, you can become a rolling customer. This means that when your contract expires, instead of being tied into a long-term contract, we switch you to a rolling 30-day contract. This short-term commitment provides the flexibility you might need and preserves access to our services without any hassle.
Replacing Your Phone Number
If you want a new start and wish to replace your phone number, plan.com can make that happen. Simply log in to my.plan and in the main navigation go to Controls > Device Setup > New number and follow the prompts.
