At plan.com, we value our customers, and while it's regrettable to see a customer leave, we completely understand that sometimes you're just required to do so for one reason or another.
Cancelling Your Contract
At plan.com we make every effort to ensure the process of cancelling your contract is as straightforward as possible, but doe to the nature of serving a diverse range of customers with many different kinds of business needs, contracts, terms, and other conditions, a one-size-fits-all procedure is simply impossible.
If you are interested in cancelling your contract, the best place to start is contact your Account Manager (our partner) or write to us directly at help@plan.com to help us understand the situation.
If you intend to cancel your contract, you will almost certainly need to obtain a PAC/STAC. For more information about obtaining a PAC/STAC, please follow these instructions.

Cancelling Fixed Line Broadband or Hosted Contract
To cancel your fixed line broadband or Hosted contract, please email us directly at help@plan.com. Please keep in mind the cancellation terms stated within your contract.
Managing Termination Charges
There may be an Early Termination Fee (ETF) involved if you decide to cancel your contract before its term ends. The ETF primarily covers the costs of the services and benefits you received at the start of your contract. ETF is calculated based on several factors like remaining contract term, the initial cost of goods and services received and the current date of cancellation.
Service Downtime
While we aim to make your transition as smooth as possible, it's possible that you might experience a slight service downtime on the day you leave plan.com during the SIM swap process, the process whereby you must physically replace the plan.com SIM card with the SIM card of your new provider. We do our best to ensure any disruption is minimal.
