Simply log in to my.plan and access Controls from the main navigation, the Device Set Up > Voicemail. Here, you can turn voicemail on and off, and access or set your PIN.
For services connected to the O2 network, dial 222 from your handset and follow the recorded instructions.
That's it! Your voicemail is now activated.
Setting up your Voicemail PIN
For reasons related to security and protection of your personal information, it's crucial to set up a four-digit voicemail PIN. You'll need this secure code each time you want to access your voicemail from a different phone or when you're abroad.
Simply log in to my.plan and access Controls from the main navigation, the Device Set Up > Voicemail. Here, you can turn voicemail on and off, and access or set your PIN.
For services connected to the O2 network, dial 222 from your plan.com device, then follow the instructions to set up a new voicemail PIN.
Recording Your Voicemail Greeting
Once your voicemail is set up, you'll want to record a greeting that your callers will hear if you're unable to answer their calls. To access your voicemail, please call 01614 643 231 from your plan.com device and follow the prompts provided to record your greeting. And voila, your voicemail greeting is set!
Adjusting Ring Time before Voicemail
With plan.com, you can change the time your phone rings before an unanswered call is diverted to voicemail. This can range from 5 to 30 seconds. Dial **61*+447953222222** followed by **number of seconds#** and then press the call button.
Remember, your entered seconds must be a multiple of 5.
What if I Want to Switch Off Voicemail?
Sometimes you might want to switch off your voicemail, and that's quite normal. To access your voicemail, please call 01614 643 231 and follow the instructions to switch off your voicemail. No more missed calls taking over your mailbox!

Ensure that you have configured you Access Point Name (APN) to use data.plan.com before beginning this process.
iOS
Follow these instructions to configure Visual Voicemail for your iPhone:

Follow the path Settings > Phone > Live Voicemail.

Tap to turn on Live Voicemail.
When Live Voicemail is enabled, your iPhone answers an incoming call in order to capture the caller’s voicemail for you to see. Data rates may apply. The caller will not be able to hear you and you will not be able to hear them unless you choose to answer the call.
If your iPhone is turned off or is out of your carrier network’s range, the call is sent to carrier voicemail, if available.
Android
Follow these instructions to configure Visual Voicemail for your Android Phone:
